Webinar Overview
Generative AI is changing how all students learn and navigate college life, but what does that mean for first-generation, low-income students? This interactive session will explore the double-edged potential of AI: a tool that can help reveal the hidden curriculum of higher education to the students that use it, but one that may also unintentionally keep students from building the networks of support they need to thrive on their campuses and beyond. Through real scenarios and shared strategies, we’ll consider how we can guide FGLI students toward using AI responsibly while still developing the networks, confidence, and learning strategies essential for long-term success.
